He was born in 1961 in the Mengen district of Bolu, Türkiye.

Education:
He completed his primary and secondary education in Ankara and graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1984.

Professional Experience:
He began his medical career in 1984 as a General Practitioner at Niğde Çamardı Health Center, where he completed his two-year compulsory state service. Between 1986 and 1989, he received his specialization training in Otorhinolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat Diseases) at the Ministry of Health Ankara Training and Research Hospital, and became an ENT Specialist.

He completed his military service as a Medical Lieutenant at the Ankara Garrison Military Hospital between 1990 and 1991.

Since 1991, he has been working as an ENT Specialist at Bolu İzzet Baysal State Hospital, where he has also been serving as the Deputy Chief Physician since his appointment in 2019.
