Our hospital's Information Technologies Unit has been established within the health facility in order to keep it functioning efficiently and effectively, in a quality that can meet the needs, and to develop it according to the needs, with the software and hardware departments and to ensure their coordination with each other.
-To ensure the fulfillment of services in line with our hospital's policies, goals, rules and regulations and to ensure service continuity in the institution.
-The Information Technologies Unit consists of 11 staffs, of which 4 are HBYS staffs.
- All our units, provincial-district public hospitals and provincial health directorate, operate over the SBNet internet network, which was established as a collection center in our hospital's Köroğlu Unit. Keeping SBNet connections active, FIREWALL management.
-To provide and keep active the internet and HIMS control and data communications of our hospital and all its units.
-To manage and process the e-mail, address and EBYS systems of our hospital.
-To follow up the e-signature processes of our hospital and all its units.
-To follow the HBYS (software-hardware) related processes of our hospital and to ensure that the problems are resolved as soon as possible.
-Checking our hospital website and keeping it up to date.
-To determine the HBYS (Patient Information Management System) (software-hardware) needs of our hospital, to perform the necessary procedures.
-To carry out the confidential information of our hospital in accordance with the principle of confidentiality, to be responsible for the information security of our hospital.
-To ensure that the devices coming to our hospital are integrated into the HIMS system and adapted to the system.
-To ensure the active operation of the HBYS software automation system and to keep its operation up to date.
-Informing the relevant supervisor in critical situations related to the unit.
