Place and Date of Birth: Born in 1981 in Sincan, Ankara.
Educational Background: Completed primary and secondary education in Sincan. Graduated from Niğde University Vocational School of Health Services, Department of Medical Documentation and Secretariat. Completed undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Anadolu University, Social Studies Teaching at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University Faculty of Education, and Health Management at Anadolu University Open Education Faculty. Obtained a master’s degree in Social Studies Education from Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University, Institute of Educational Sciences.
Work Experience: Began professional career in the private sector in 2002. In 2006, appointed as a Health Technician at Bolu İzzet Baysal State Hospital, working in the Billing and Purchasing Units. Subsequently worked in the Purchasing Units at the General Secretariat of Bolu Provincial Public Hospitals Union, Financial Services Department, and the Bolu Provincial Health Directorate, Support Services Department. After a short period in the Human Resources Unit at Bolu İzzet Baysal Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Training and Research Hospital, returned to Bolu İzzet Baysal State Hospital to serve as Unit Supervisor in the Purchasing and Tender Units. Currently serving as Deputy Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs.
