It is the unit responsible for the medical devices used throughout the hospitals.
Their duties can be listed as follows;
Detecting and correcting the malfunctions of medical devices, and in case of not resolving them, filling out the malfunction form and providing the purchase of services related to the subject,
Planning and making calibration measurements of medical devices,
Providing technical consultancy to the purchasing unit and the relevant department during the purchasing decision phase of medical devices,
Participating in medical device tender and acceptance inspection commissions as an expert member,
Preparation of maintenance programs for medical devices in need of external service periodic maintenance.
